Our Services

Immediate Family

  • Approx. 30 Minutes.

  • $350 (We do require a sitting fee, based on your group size to reserve your session).

  • Up to 4 people.

    This is repeated out on the beach in different backgrounds to give you great variety and the opportunity for candids too.

    • 12+ multiple pose combinations in 3 different locations.

    • Minimum of 60 hi-resolution digital files for printing sizes up to 24” x 30”.

    • Minimum of 60 low-resolution digital files for social media.

    • The retouched images (color balance, contrast, saturation, removing unwanted people or objects in the background).

Extended Family

  • Approx. 45 Minutes.

  • $400 (We do require a sitting fee, based on your group size to reserve your session).

  • Up to 6 people.

  • Extended Family Together, Grandparents & Grand Children, Grandparents & Original Children, Individual Family: Parents & Children, Couple Shots, Mom & Children, Dad & Children, Children together, Children separate.

    • Minimum of 80 hi-resolution digital files for printing sizes up to 24” x 30”.

Large Groups

  • Approx. 60 Minutes.

  • $500 (We do require a sitting fee, based on your group size to reserve your session).

  • Up To 50 People.

  • Large Group Together, Grandparents & Grand Children, Cousins, Adult Siblings, Couple Shots, Each Individual Family: Parents & Children, Couple Shots, Mom & Children, Dad & Children, Children together, Children separate.

    • 45+ multiple pose combinations in 3 different locations.

    • Minimum of 100 hi-resolution digital files for printing.

    • Minimum of 100 low-resolution digital files for social media.

Each Image Includes

Retouching: We remove unwanted objects and people that will be in your background.

Adjustments: We edit the color balance, contrast, and saturation so that your images are bright and beautiful.

Print Release: We provide you with a printing release for unlimited non-commercial use to print your images.

At the time of your booking, a $100 sitting fee is required to reserve your session, for immediate family, that is up to 4 people (+ $25 for each additional). We recommend booking your beach portrait session as soon as possible, as we book up very quickly during the summer months and holidays.

After your session, we create an image collection of all your beach shots, editing down to the best 2 or 3 from each pose. We upload Hi-Res and Low-Res digital files to user-friendly software and email you the Gallery Link.

In the gallery, you can organize your favorites, download images individually or download the entire album. You can also share your beach portraits with friends and family, just forward the link and they will have access too.

  • Hilton Head Island is home to beautiful beaches. We know the best locations on Hilton Head Island to provide beautiful backgrounds in the dunes and down by the water for beach photography. We have worked with families of all sizes, large groups are our specialty. We work well with small children and those with special concerns. Fun Facts: Our largest group had 55 people and our youngest subject was only 10 days old!

  • We shoot at golden hour for the best possible lighting and ambiance for beach portrait photography. The outcome of your photographs would be undesirable any time before 5pm. The sun would be too bright on your eyes and you would be squinting. If you’re concerned about bedtimes for babies, just remember, our assistants will be playing with them to keep them engaged to capture those adorable smiles. They will think it’s play time.

  • Simple, classic attire works best. Coordinating each family member's attire (same color and style if possible) not only creates a unified look, but a "timeless" look as well. Some suggestions are: Khaki bottoms (shorts, pants, skirts, skorts) and white shirts. White dresses for women and girls are beautiful in beach portraits. When preparing for your session, keep in mind that your feet will be in the water. Also, it can be windy on the beach. Choosing a hairstyle and/or using hair products are highly recommended.

  • You will receive your images within 2 weeks of your session. After the retouching process, we will upload your images and send you the link via email.

  • We have a 7 day cancellation policy. In the event anything were to come up and you need to cancel your shoot, let us know at least 7 days in advance so we can give you a full refund when we rebook your session.
